The Position Involves:

• Controlling Store Results – labour, food cost etc
• Operating store according to Subway Corporate Standards
• Employee discipline & counselling
• Motivating and communicating to staff
• Maintaining high staff morale and positive workplace atmosphere
• Implementing incentive and staff recognition programs

Qualifications: - Diploma of business or related diploma OR at least 1 year experience in customer service area- IELTS 5 or 6

• A salary ranges of $45,000 - $60,000 (including bonus) based on experience and performance
