We urgently require a motivated and enthusiastic person to help us grow our expanding Pet Transportation Business. This is a busy role that requires speed, accuracy and high levels of concentration.

Primary Duties

  • Entering Bookings into Excel Spreadsheet
  • Booking Flights and Pet Taxis
  • Preparing and emailing booking confirmations
  • Answering phones and emails
  • Entering invoices and sales into accounts system
  • Providing Quotes
  • Deliveries and Airport Runs
  • Assembling Travel Crates
  • Kennel & Cattery Cleaning

 

Desirable Experience

Previous Role in Travel Agency, Freight Forwarding or Reception/Admin or IT position is desirable. However all training is provided and School leavers with no experience but required skills will be considered.

Key Skills

Must be proficient with Word, Excel and Gmail Programs. Good Spelling, Grammar and Numerical Skills are required. Essential to be able to pay attention to detail. Good English.

Previous experience with Accounts System is desirable. Touch typing skills desirable.

Pleasant and professional phone manner required.

Must have manual driver’s licence. Own Transport desirable, located 15km from CBD in Stuart.
