Our client is one of the UK's largest international removals & shipping company and handles around 20,000 individual baggage shipments and overseas removals annually. They have been established for over 30 years and have an unrivalled reputation for friendly, professional and efficient relocation services. And no we want opening new office in Australia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communication via warehouse office.
Update of operational systems.

Accurate & timely invoicing of all accounts managed from the office.
General administration duties.

Update of operational systems.
Any other ad hoc duties where time permits and as required.


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.

Preferred Requirements

Basic knowledge of the function/business area supported such as safety, sales, customer service, etc.
High School Diploma


Minimum Requirements

Experience using MS Office tools
Fluency in local language (English)
