About the business and the role

We are an award winning franchise looking to expand our team and offer the suitable candidate an opportunity to enter the financial services industry and create a solid foundation in mortgage broking. Working alongside an established team you will join us in our new office in Fortitude Valley.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Working alongside our top broker and support team in this role your duties will include (but not be limited to)

Answering phones and making appointments
Database management and calling existing customers
Data entry
Stationery orders
Email management
Social media management
Assisting broker with day to day tasks
Providing support and assistance to the loan packager and other team members
Skills and experience

No experience necessary however if you can offer the following skills and attributes we would like to hear from you

Understanding of google mail and Microsoft Word and Excel
Accurate typing skills
Reliable and Punctual
Motivated and positive
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Excellent written and communication skills (both written and verbal)
